Another conversation on the SPA-LTC podcast

I recently had a follow-up appearance on the Strengthening a Palliative Approach to Long-Term Care project podcast to discuss my visit to Green Care Farms in the Netherlands in the spring of 2025. I share how profoundly that visit consolidated my thinking about what characterized my caregiving philosophy and practice. It also clarified and solidified my thinking about the behaviours we 'know' to be characteristic of dementia, and assuaged my omnipresent sense of imposturism because my husband wasn't 'that bad'.
